Homes almost rebuilt after Hurricane Helene

Nearly ten months after Hurricane Helene tore through western North Carolina, a major milestone is slowly approaching for the communities hit hardest. Many residents are still working to rebuild homes that were damaged or destroyed in the storm. But now, some could soon be preparing to move back in.
