UPS driver's emotional goodbye goes viral

There's good customer service, and there's the bond between UPS driver Mario Johnson and one of the families who live on his former route. His goodbye to Becca Whitley's dogs on his last shift doing the route touches millions online and quickly went viral, and Johnson and Whitley joined Good Day to talk about the special connection.
