Dangerous driving on National Mall

A man has been arrested after driving his Jeep recklessly on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The man was reportedly doing donuts and zig-zaging between pedestrians who had to move quickly to avoid being struck. The 30-year-old driver reportedly told police that it was just a joke. He is facing numerous charges.
