A former VA worker accused of buying narcotics from his patients faces charges. A DeKalb County grand jury has indicted Philip Fritz on drug charges. FOX 5 first reported about Fritz last year, after obtaining secretly recorded video of Fritz allegedly purchasing methadone from veterans.
