Colin Gray indictment challenged

Colin Gray, the father of accused Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray, was back in court on Tuesday for a motions hearing. His attorneys are challenging the indictment, saying it is unconstitutional and vague. They are also unhappy with the venue selection for the trial.
