Trump lobbies lawmakers on spending bill

President Donald Trump visited Capitol Hill on Tuesday to try to rally Republicans to pass his massive budget package filled with campaign promises. Some lawmakers have held out and threatened the success of the so-called "Big, Beautiful Bill."
