Atlanta teen creates closets to help elementary students

Zion Lester, 16, and her father, Dr. Terence Lester, launched Zion’s Closet to reduce the burden of poverty on students and ensure every child has an opportunity to thrive, regardless of their family's income. Under the Love Beyond Walls organization, Zion’s Closet is a school community resource room that provides students with everyday necessities, from clothes, to computer access, to hygiene items.
