2 bystanders in their 60s shot at Ingles store

DeKalb County police are investigating a double shooting at the Ingles supermarket on Rockbridge Road. Police say it started as a dispute amongst coworkers, the two victims are in their 60s. Police have since arrested 47-year-old Quincy Mitchell in connection to the shooting. He's been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
