Mom vows to get justice for son with or without sheriff

Malachi Mitchell was killing in a shooting during a gun sale in Douglas County. Mitchell's mother said she's still not sure why the suspected shooter has not be arrested nor identified, but her family's attorney has filed a civil lawsuit against him.
