Kennesaw man arrested on child exploitation charges

A cyber tip led to the arrest of a Kennesaw man for sexual exploitation of a child, and drugs and weapons charges. When Kennesaw police searched the home of 33-year-old Shane Phillips, they discovered a large amount of marijuana, some of it in jars with labels indicating different strains of marijuana, THC wax, and numerous checks.
