Update from GDOT on road conditions in Atlanta metro

In the noon update, GDOT spokesperson Natalie Dale says crews are out in full force to combat the impacts of the winter storm. She says millions of gallons of brine were applied to area roads. They have shifted to plowing routes, and have passable lanes on interstates.
