New Orleans terror attack: Questions of security

Authorities say they are now investigating this as an act of terrorism. Thursday afternoon, we're learning more about the suspect as questions over security that night continue to grow. The suspect, 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar reportedly rented a truck in Houston on December 30 and drove to New Orleans the following night.
