FBI investigating New Orleans attack-ISIS connection

The FBI is investigating the deadly Bourbon Street attack in New Orleans as an act of terror after discovering the suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar had an ISIS flag on the vehicle used to kill 15 people and injure dozens more.
