Judge rules lawmakers can subpoena DA Fani Willis
State lawmakers can subpoena Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for information in the Georgia election interference case. A Fulton County judge ruled the state Senate can bring Willis in to testify on whether she engaged in misconduct in her prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump and his allies. This comes a little more than a week after the state appeals court dismissed Willis and her office from the case.
