Volunteers answer letters to Santa Claus

Kids from all over the work send letters to Santa every year, and he's able to write them back thanks to a lot of help from elves in the small town of Santa Claus, Indiana. FOX's Olivianna Calmes takes Good Day behind the scenes of the holiday operation.
