New cookbook celebrates Southern women

America's Test Kitchen is paying homage to the American South and Southern women with a new cookbook that combines history, sociology, and a lot of delicious recipes. Cook's County editor-in-chief Tony Tipton-Martin and executive editor of content Morgan Bolling joined Alyse Eady with a look inside the book and to make fresh corn muffins with a special butter.
