Man killed by Lovejoy police was armed: GBI
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says 40-year-old Jean A. Cesar of Hampton appeared to be "racking the slide of a handgun" when Lovejoy police approached a car he was in. They say the confrontation ended in Cesar's death.
