Toxicology report contradicts Medical Examiner
The family of a veteran who died while in the DeKalb County Jail wants to hold the sheriff's office accountable for his death. According to the Medical Examiner's Office, 27-year-old Christon Collins had fentanyl and other drugs in his system at his time of death. Meanwhile, a toxicology report from Emory shows he was clean of all of those drugs, including opioids.
