Teen killed nephew of Rayshard Brooks

The 16-year-old who was killed on Cato Street NW in Atlanta was the nephew of Rayshard Brooks, according to his mother. Brooks was killed by Atlanta police during a traffic stop in 2020. The boy's name was Jakari Rayshard Brooks.
