Midtown shooting suspect 'not competent' for trial

A Fulton County judge ordered Raissa Kengne, the woman accused of shooting three people in Midtown in 2022, to be handed over to the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities after a psychologist found that she was not competent to stand trial.
