NTSB hearing on Baltimore bridge collapse

New body camera video shows the initial shock among first responders. After the collapse of the key bridge in Baltimore last month. Officers from Maryland's Department of Natural Resources arrived about an hour after impact and began to circle the area in search of survivors.
