Addy's Law signed by Georgia governor

Gov. Brian Kemp has signed a bill into law to improve school bus safety. Addy's Law is named after 8-year-old Adalynn Pierce. The 8-year-old was crossing the road to catch her school bus when she was struck by a passing motorist. She died from her injuries.
