Antonio Lewis' stop raises ticketing concerns

Councilman Antonio Lewis was pulled over on a traffic stop that resulted in a ticket in mid-February. He says he was deeply troubled when the officer asked him to sign the ticket or go to jail, a practice that ended after Deacon Johnny Hollman died in Atlanta police custody after allegedly refusing to sign the ticket. It appears not every officer got the memo.
