An Atlanta man who has spent the last ten years trying to get justice for his brother is starting a foundation. The man says his family has experienced one tragedy after another since a driver struck and killed his brother on Columbia Drive. No one has ever been arrested for the crime. How the man hopes to help hundreds of families in the metro area who have had loved ones killed the same way his brother was.
