5 accused in scheme to steal more than $400K from bank

Gwinnett County police have arrested one man, and four others are on the run. They are wanted in a fraud scheme totaling more than $400,000. It dates to last spring. Police say at least two of the suspects tried to pass themselves off as legitimate business owners.
