Preemie infant twin overcomes open heart surgery

Mahnya Martin, a Snellville mother of three, found herself facing a daunting diagnosis just a day after her twins, Kai and Divyn, were born. One of them, Kai, had a rare, severe heart defect that would require a series of surgeries to repair. It's called Tetralogy of Fallot.
