Unruly East Point bar patrons may force last call change

Residents of East Point?s Center Park neighborhood say they?ve had enough after a year of problems from a nearby bar that serves alcohol until 4 a.m. It's legal under city law, but that could soon change. A string of incidents including two homicides in the last year have city leaders concerned.
