Vice chair removed after police video of her at bar

Clayton County commissioners have voted to remove their vice chair after a stunning controversy. Commissioner Felcia Franklin claimed she was drugged at a bar, but police say they didn?t find any proof of that. Video footage appears to show her passed out on the ground outside the establishment, but investigators say a toxicology report found only alcohol and marijuana in her system.
