Mayor says no to city jail raising cap on more inmates

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens is saying no to an idea to fix overcrowding issues at the Fulton County Jail. A small group of protesters gathered outside Atlanta City Hall on Monday as the council held its public safety meeting.
