NTSB releases preliminary report on flight turbulence

Federal investigators say it only took two seconds of severe turbulence to injure more than a dozen people during a delta flight to Atlanta last month. A preliminary NTSB report says two passengers and two crew members sustained serious injuries during the flight from Milan to Atlanta.
