Manhunt: Convicted murderer crab-walked over fence

The man who escaped from a prison in Pennsylvania one week ago may have been spotted near the search area Thursday. The convicted killer was seen a few miles from where he was being held, but has yet to be captured. Video showing how Danelo Cavalcante escaped has been released. He places his hands and feet on the walls between him and crab-walks his way up. Then he slipped through the razor wire on the roof. His escape was not seen by the tower guard or cameras. That guard is on administrative leave.
