Lawsuit says mishandled paperwork lands man in jail

Top city of Atlanta officials are calling what happened to a local man a $130,000 mistake and taxpayers are on the hook. The man endured the fear and embarrassment of being handcuffed and put in a cell at the Fulton County Jail.
