Caught on camera: Man accused of threatening neighbor

A DeKalb County man has some explaining to do. He?s accused of making terroristic threats against his next-door neighbor. Police arrested Willie Perriman early Tuesday morning in the Poplar Springs Heights subdivision in Decatur.
