Scott Hall, John Eastman surrender at Fulton County Jail

Meadows's filing comes as the first two defendants in the case surrendered at the Fulton County Jail. Bail bondsman Scott Hall and attorney John Eastman turned themselves in this morning. And just minutes after being released, Eastman had a lot to say to reporters. He's one of the architects of the so-called fake elector scheme and this is the first time we’re hearing on camera from one of those charged.
