Trump may be indicted fourth time

This week, former President Donald J. Trump could be indicted for the fourth time -- this time, in Georgia. It's possible a grand jury in Fulton County may begin hearing evidence as early as Monday in an indictment case. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is investigating whether Trump tried to overturn the election results in Georgia back in 2020. Trump faces potential RICO, or racketeering and organized crime, charges.
