New questions about inaction at Fulton County Jail

A decision to pay the family of an inmate whose body was covered by bedbugs has raised questions about a government action that happened back in 2020. Fulton County had $21 million that could have been used to expand medical housing at the jail but commissioners chose not to go forward.
