$16-million settlement in boy's near-drowning

The family of a boy who nearly died on Lake Lanier has reached a multi-million dollar settlement with Margaritaville. Since the accident, the boy's family tells FOX 5 he's relied on a feeding tube, and can't talk. The family's lawsuit claims it took ten minutes for lifeguard to reach him, and there weren't any safety protocols in place.
