Proposed development upsetting residents

In Gwinnett County, residents are concerned about a proposal that would bring a large apartment development to the Hamilton Mill Community. Developers have plans to build nearly 700, and 10,000 to 15,000 square feet of commercial space at Sardis Church Road.
