Teen trying to outrun deputy gets tased

The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office released bodycam video showing a teenager attempting to outrun an officer who pulled him over for a routine traffic stop. Authorities say he and another minor were driving without insurance, and when marijuana was also found inside the car, he made a break for it.
