Judge says police went too far in teen arrest
A judge has ruled Carrolton police went too far when trying to detain a teen for questioning about tampering with an automobile. Lawyers for that 17-year-old say the ruling vindicates their client, Jorge Marenco, who can now move forward with his goal of serving in the military.
