Biden on Ukraine, NATO and cluster bombs

President Biden is expected to spend the night in Lithuania where he's scheduled to attend a key NATO Summit with other Heads of State after 500 days of war in Ukraine. As the heads prepare to meet, Ukraine is pushing for a commitment to join the alliance.
