Landlord owes nearly $100K in unpaid bills

The Clayton County Water Authority says the landlord of "Tara Woods Apartments" owes nearly $100,000 in unpaid water bills. The tenants learned the water to the property would be shut off next week, and they will have to move out. They told FOX 5 they were outraged.
