Brookhaven battle over annex plans

People opposed to the Brookhaven takeover of parts of unincorporated DeKalb County are racing to collect signatures. They want the city to back off the plan to annex parts of Toco Hills and Biltmore Acres. The debate has turned into a back-and-forth between the city and county leaders.
