Strokes can have life changing effects. Television and radio personality, Ms. Juicy, suffered a stroke in April 2022. She thought she was having a migraine. She shares her journey to recovery. Diane Lewis credits her husband Ralph with saving her life after noticing a change in her face. He had just read a pamphlet about strokes two weeks before and took her straight to the hospital. Dr. Michelle Cooke shares what we can do on a daily basis to help thwart having a stroke. She says 80% of strokes are preventable.
