People camp out at City Hall waiting to speak

The City Council meeting to vote on funding for the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center has been going on for hours, and it appears there are still many more hours to go. Hundreds of people lined up for the opportunity to speak their minds for two minutes, hoping to sway council members before their vote.
