Social media causing 'profound risk of harm'

If you've ever fallen down the social media rabbit-hole, watching video after video before you realize you're scrolling mindlessly, the U.S. Surgeon General says you're not alone. He warns social media may also be harming children and teenagers when it comes to their mental health.
