Portia: Gun Violence Pt. 1

Gun violence is rising in epic proportions. In part one of this special edition of "Portia," Falinda’s teenage son was fatally shot on Mother’s Day 2021. Her son was on a path to a bright future and looking forward to becoming a father. Tekesia is a mother of four sons and founder of Mothers Against Gang Violence. Her organization provides services and helps educate the community on how to help teens avoid gangs and save the lives of our youth. Law Enforcement expert, K.D. Johnson, shares that parents need to be aware of the signs and offers valuable potentially life-saving advice.
