Jailers weigh tech to spot drug-coated mail

Inmates at Fulton County Jail have been receiving drugs drugs through the mail, according to deputies. They say the contraband isn't "in" the mail, but rather "on" it. Drug-coated letters are being sent to the jail from sources the Sheriff typically cannot open, like supposed attorneys.
