Will Kemp sign off on biomarker testing?

Gov. Brian Kemp will soon decide whether to sign off on a bill that could give cancer patients in Georgia better access to biomarker testing. Doctors say these tissue or blood tests allow them to choose the cancer treatment that could be most effective for their patient.
