'This person could still be out there shooting and killing someone else'

Three months after 14-year-old Malik Grover was shot and killed at an apartment complex with his 16-year-old bestfriend, Justin Powell, Grover's grandmother is still waiting on his killers arrest. She fears the suspect could still be out there committing other crimes.
